My programs give you lifetime access to goal-specific workouts (30/40/50 minutes) designed for whatever makes you decir YES!- weight loss, toning, or muscle gain. You can train anywhere- casa or gym- using just free weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, and sliders. No machines, no complicated stuff - just you, bringing in the CUCAPOWER! Each program includes nutrition guides because la comida matters, whether you're cutting (1.0) or building muscle (2.0).
